Non-Disclosure Agreement
Before entering into a sales process which includes discussion of bulk pricing or custom solutions (which may include co-branding and/or white labeling), CounterPath requires your company to enter into a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
A mutual NDA is a legal form stipulating that both parties do not disclose private information to any outside party. During the sales process it is possible that confidential projects details, trade secrets or the internal workings of our businesses are revealed; the NDA is designed to protect both your company and CounterPath.
