Amcat signs OEM partnership with IP Softphone Specialist Xten

Amcat, a global leader in call center technology solutions, announced a co-branding partnership agreement with Xten Networks, Inc. (OTCBB: XNWK), the developer of X-PRO, a high-quality, carrier grade VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) SIP softphone. The agreement is the result of the integration of the X-PRO softphone within the VoIP offering of Amcat’s Contact Center Suite, a comprehensive inbound/outbound/blended contact center software solution.
