CloudCall provides computer telephony integration to CRM software, with a specialty in call tracking. The CloudCall platform integrates with CRMs to create intelligent business phone systems and provides their CloudCall app for their end-users spanning across the globe.
Situation
CloudCall previously had a Zoiper softphone solution which was labour-intensive and time-consuming to deploy. Upon seeing CounterPath’s quality and reliability after testing, CloudCall decided to switch and white-label Bria.
