Via distributor Soft Solutions Ltd., the company purchased branded Bria softphone clients with the Call Center Module to interoperate with the Genesys platform, a leading call center infrastructure deployed by more than 3,000 customers in 80 countries.
The Bria UC softphone product line is part of CounterPath’s Enterprise OTT solution that focuses on enabling voice, video, messaging and presence across virtually any standards-based call server platform.
