CounterPath Expands North American Distribution with TeleDynamics Agreement

Vancouver, BC, Canada — July 23, 2014

CounterPath Corporation (NASDAQ: CPAH) (TSX: CCV), a leading developer of award-winning desktop, tablet and mobile VoIP software products and solutions, today announced a distribution agreement with TeleDynamics, a leading unified communications solutions channel to over 5,000 value-added resellers (VAR). A wholesale supplier of telecommunications products and services, TeleDynamics provides CounterPath a new revenue stream opportunity with the potential for additional growth in new markets.

According to Gartner, during the period of 2012-2017, PC Softphones and Mobile Softphones will have a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 16.9%, which is the highest growth rate of business telephones worldwide within the Enterprise and will represent 22% of all telephone unit shipments by 2017. TeleDynamics is unlocking this opportunity by providing its VARs with CounterPath’s industry-leading, cloud-based mobility solutions.
