CounterPath Releases Second Quarter Revenue Guidance

Vancouver, BC, Canada — September 05, 2014

CounterPath Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB: CTPS), a provider of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), Video over IP, Instant Messaging (IM), and Presence SIP softphones, today announced that it expects revenue for the second quarter ending October 31 to increase approximately 25% compared to the previous quarter ending July 31. The Company plans to report its second quarter results by December 12.
