Innovative VoIP Provider UbiFone Signs OEM Partnership with Xten Networks

(OTCBB: XNWK), a provider of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), Video over IP, Instant Messaging (IM), and Presence SIP softphones, today announced that UbiFone, innovative entrepreneurs and visionaries providing state of the art communications solutions through the latest in Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology, have licensed a co-branded version of Xten’s X-Lite VoIP softphone for use within their Broadband Telephony network.
